Animal removal services for Monmouth, Mercer, Middlesex, Ocean, Somerset, Union,
Hunterdon & Morris Counties

At All Wildlife Removal Service...

We know that solving our client's nuisance animal conflicts takes more than just a "quick stop" on a pick-up route. Rest assured knowing that we treat every customer with the individualized care and attention that we all expect and deserve from a service company. Every nuisance problem requires a solution that is tailored specifically for the particular animal that has taken up residence in your home, and the specific location they have utilized.

Most companies offer temporary removal of animals which can be frustrating and expensive. Animals getting into your home a first time will undoubtedly return and will likely bring their friends!

All Wildlife Removal Service differentiates from such companies because of the amount of effort that goes into turning your nuisance problem, into our problem. And we back up our work with a WRITTEN WARRANTY that ensures the problem will be SOLVED.

Services

Trapping Program

A trapping program is performed in order to remove any and all nuisance animals from your home or yard.

Abatement or "Seal-Up"

Once we are sure that we have removed all of the animals, we will perform a seal-up of the building. This is a system in which we methodically go over the entire building sealing any openings and repairing any weak areas that could create a potential problem in the future.

Clean Up Service

A full and thorough inspection where we identify the type of animal that is creating a problem, all of the areas where animals are currently gaining access to your home, and any potential future entry ways.

Exclusion

If the problem is in your yard instead of your house, we'll first remove animals making themselves at home under your porch, deck, or shed (such as skunks and groundhogs). Then an exclusion will be performed in order to prevent future burrowing.

Inspection

A full and thorough inspection where we identify the type of animal that is creating a problem, all of the areas where animals are currently gaining access to your home, and any potential future entry ways.

Warranty

Once your home or business is sealed against future invasion by your particular nuisance animals, we will back up our work with a one-year written warranty. You can rest assured that if that type of nuisance animal finds its way back in within the one-year warranty period, All Wildlife Removal Service will come back and fix the problem, free of charge! We will also offer you the option to renew your warranty near the end of the contract.

Prevantative Maintenance

Upon request we may enter into a mutually agreed upon contract that provides maintenance of any animal conflict that may occur at a specific location over a certain period of time. This is a common service with moles, for example.

Exclusions-All Wildlife Removal Service can create an exclusion of
your structure to keep out nuisance animals.

Ground-dwelling animals (groundhogs, skunks, opossums, raccoons, moles, etc.) burrow underground, wreaking havoc in your yard, tunneling under structures, setting up their dens. Ridding yourself of a nuisance animal is a temporary fix if an open den is left behind. Another clever nuisance animal has an invitation to move right in.

All Wildlife Removal Service recommends exclusions in its animal abatement program. We exclude structures (porches, decks, sheds, etc.) and underground dens to control nuisance animal populations. Here are the steps we take to create an exclusion of a structure:

  1. A trench is dug on all sides of the structure.
  2. We attach ½ inch galvanized mesh to the bottom of the structure.
  3. We adjust mesh as well as back-fill the trench in a manner that precludes animals from digging back into it.
  4. An opening is left during this process.
  5. Traps are placed in front of the open hole as well as in the surrounding area to capture any animal that might want to go in and out of the structure.
  6. We will run those traps until we have removed any animals that want to go in or out of the structure (have control of the structure).
  7. Once control has been established of the area, we will seal that last spot using the same methods as steps 1-3.

It should be noted that it is possible that we will not trap an animal. However, the trapping segment is a crucial segment of the abatement.

Attic Clean-Out / Attic Clean-Up

Wild animals, such as bats, squirrels, flying squirrels, and raccoons, who have been living in enclosed spaces in your home, particularly the attic, create highly unsanitary conditions including noxious odors, bacteria, and fungal diseases. These conditions have been proven to affect the overall health of family and pets and the resale value of your home. Hoarded food, nesting and waste materials literally create a biohazard that can endanger the health of you and your family.

Once you’ve had nuisance wildlife removed from your attic, you’ll want to clean up all the damage that’s been done. An animal abatement coupled with an attic clean-out will eliminate the conditions that can attract new animals to your home in the future.

Common services include attic insulation replacement, soiled attic insulation removal, deodorization, sanitization, repair or replacement of damaged areas, insect treatments and more. An attic clean-out covers all of your concerns, restoring your home to its once unspoiled state.

We thoroughly remove all waste and debris, including nesting material using our vacuum system, also disposing of soiled insulation. The next step is disinfecting and deodorizing. Finally, we replace the insulation, restoring your attic to its original condition.

Your insurance company will often cover the expense of the attic clean-out and we provide detailed proposals suitable for filing with your carrier. Ask us about a clean-out during your animal abatement so we can schedule the clean-out process shortly afterwards. We proudly service many parts of New Jersey including Monmouth, Union, Hunterdon, Ocean, Somerset, Mercer, Middlesex, & Morris Counties
